Lets give a big round of applause to KeepinetNorma who we all know is one of the biggest most enthusiastic ridazz around but today she came to the aid of a fallen cyclist who was DOORED at 7th and Hill in downtown. The driver of course left the scene even though it is against the law to open a door into the path of a cyclist and against the law to leave the scene of a collision. Norma kept her wits and worked to detain the passenger who had opened the door and insisted that she identify herself to the cyclist. The passenger of course tried to lie about her ID which was discovered when the police arrived and took a report.
After all the dust settled Norma helped the fallen and seriously injured cyclist, bent up bike and all onto the redline and safely home. GREAT JOB NORMA!!

Norma's awesome...and deserves this honor for being Norma...not only for assisting a cyclist in need.
How did you initially get into group bike rides?
How many flannels do you own?
For those single ladies...is it a good or bad idea to date within the bike community?

Hell yeah major props on keeping a cool head and handling this + helping a fallen cyclist (hope injuries are not too serious).
Q: Are you still going to Detroit with us if FUNZIE shows up instead of Roadblock?

it was 7th and hope, but yeah. i got doored almost exactly a year ago on the other side of hope in almost the exact same way (passenger being unloaded) but was ok...just really bruised up. unfortunately, the girl I helped suffered a broken elbow and a sprained wrist. told her I would help as much a possible cause I'm reallyyyyy fed up with people who shrug stuff like this off. the passenger actually covered for the driver and went as far as to say that she didn't know who the driver was. like we're supposed to believe that anyone takes a ride from a stranger in DTLA.
lessons learned/revisted: 7th is still a clusterfuck/wear a helmet!
also,
+How did you initially get into group bike rides?- Me and Troy are cousins and he told me about it. But we don’t talk about that now that we’re in rival bike gangs.
+How many flannels do you own? -37 less than you
+For those single ladies...is it a good or bad idea to date within the bike community? -Bahaha….oh man.
+What's your mom's name?- your MoM.
+what's your favorite food ? -your MoM
+When can you make me food? -Whenever you come over…with your MoM.
+Are you still going to Detroit with us if FUNZIE shows up instead of Roadblock? -Does FUNZIE like to snuggle? I’m in et for the snugglez.
+Norma, what is your favorite color? Purple.
