 Aa ride to accommodate those of us who want to ride just a little bit slower and a lot more swashed than most
rides. While the route is most certainly always tentative it is never anything more than 13 miles, join us

BMX Cruise night

We get together and ride our bmx bikes. Get there by 7pm, we try and leave by 7:30. If you're running late, call and we'll wait for you. RAIN CANCELLES. We usually go to some spot for grub that's a few miles away. And we RIDE. This is not a few block cruise or some hipster ride with beer stops, we don't stop unless one of us breaks down. Usually a 2-3 hour or so affair. Strongly recommend a 24" or 26 bmx cruiser as we like to keep up the pace but you can roll on a 20" if you've got the legs. We gladly welcome new school bikes and of course love the vintage rides. Bring lights, tools, tubes, ...

The Campaign to make NELA Bike Friendly

 Hello Everyone,
Joe Linton (of CICLE) and I have been working these last few months to get the ball rolling on a campaign to make north east Los Angeles more bike friendly. Now, we're getting together for our first meeting this Tuesday, February 9th, at 7pm at Cafe De Leche on York and Avenue 50 (thanks again Matt!). Joe has made a great flier (and set up a facebook event) that I've attached.
There are a lot of great opportunities open to us here in the north east so we'll be working together to figure out what exactly we all want to pursue and how we'll go about it. Just to give you an ...
