METRO BUS ALLOWS BIKE ON BUS

It happened last night......the 33 bus pulled up.....2 bikes were already on the racks....I reach in to grab a bus schedule and see mtb handlebars in the aisle....I took a chance and asked the driver if I could bring my bike on the bus and she said "YES...but if it starts to get packed, I have to take the bike off the bus"....WTF did Stephen Box say to them? Something good!!....cuz this has NEVER happened before. It was at midnight so that may have made a difference....but nonetheless, they must have been told to be cordial to cyclists.....

i dont think its something the MTA is allowing. it was at midnight and some bus drivers do allow bikers to bring their bikes inside the bus. not all bus drivers do that though. only the nice ones.

It's ok Barleye, I just found out myself that some drive thrus will serve you on your bike.
