A lot of people here love talking shit, but when it comes down to it they NEVER do anything about it.
Before you start calling people names think to yourself "Would I say these things to this guy in real life?", the answer is most likely NO. You would sit back, watch, and drink your tall can then maybe later go home and complain about it on the internet.
Now I'm not saying this goes for everyone, but it does go for the majority of people on this board.

He probably wasn't thinking about the daytime ramifications of his actions when he was peeing. But, maybe he should have. That's not so cool. No reason to crucify the guy, though. If you know who he is, and have a problem with his actions in that picture, tell him yourself. Otherwise, just let it go. That's my opinion.

I always call people out when I see them doing something wrong, weather it be breaking bottles, riding unsafely, speaking rudely to others, things that I generally disagree with that put everyone in a bad position.

I've gotta say, I understand that how Marino feels about peeing on equipment meant for children.
I think we're all on the same page about that.
That being said, I'm assuming that the person peeing was more aware of having pictures taken than he was of the fact that he was peeing on a jungle gym that was used the next morning by local children. I'm just giving him the benefit of the doubt on this one.

This is just a low blow marino, you shouldn't talk about peoples mothers and fathers that way, you don't know their situation and it could hurt them. Not cool.

But, the answer is Yes, my mother and father did. But who knows what the hell I was playing in, there could have been blood, shit, and yes piss all over the toys. I do not agree with pissing in a public playground. I wouldn't have done it myself, but I personally think that there are WAY more important things we should worry about in public playgrounds like used needles, pipes, lighters, knifes and razor blades, all of that bad stuff. Pee is not that a big deal.

if the object is to "talk" to the guy then I don't see that it matters whether Marino talked to him here or in person. it still equates to talking to the guy. the only difference is that marino is opening himself up to public scrutiny from the community itself. the picture is here on the site for all to see. is it not ok to comment on any picture not just the funny ones?

The internet is a form of communication. This isn't "just the internet" it's a public record and a public forum for communicating. it's not to be trivialized.... teh internet actually is serious business.

further more, unless it's some immediately life endangering behaviour or something really serious or criminal, there probably shouldnt be a bunch of people telling each other what to do on the rides... .
this forum provides a level of separation that is actually a good thing in my mind. by the time things get to here it's after the fact and cooler heads are prevailing... lets say for example that one person decided to confront another group who is stealing from a store? it could easily lead to a drunk ass fight. that's the last thing we want. I'd rather absorb it as it happens and then later the situation is assessed and wrongful people are then shamed and isolated... people are generally good people. and having understood their mistakes and actions and that they WILL be scrutinized by the community is plenty a deterrant to it happening again.
to ask that someone should have to police people or contfront people in the heat of the moment... it just gets to bizzy body. the accuser should stand before public opinion too and here on this forum Marino subjected himself to public scrutiny as have other riders. a few months ago a guy came on here screaming about gangsters and it turned out that HE was the one to be deemed a trouble maker - so it can go both ways in the court of public opinion nd most of the time that is a good thing.

if not... then it shouldnt matter. THIS forum is the equivalent of talking but without the immediate physical confrontation. it's a legitimate form of action to talk to someone on this forum. again, teh internets really actually is serious business. it's not any less powerful than a phone call or a one on one talking to. it's MORE powerful and by virtue of others being able to voice their own take on the matter it is more democratic and effective.

I personally do not think teh internet is a proper medium of confrontation, I personally feel like I cant express myself the way I would like. I enjoy being able to see someone face to face, to be able to touch them, and hear their voice right in front of me. Maybe its just me?

After thinking about it, piss does tend to smell a little.
With my countless trips to truck-stop restrooms, one would need a gas mask and a flamethrower to counter the stench.
I personally did not see this guy pissing, so naturally, I wasn't obligated to say a damn thing.
Although, if I was there my response would've been along the lines of, "Ugh!! Stick your junk back into your pants you sick fuck, I paid $30 bucks for some quality cold cuts and I'm not about to lose that right now!!!"

yeah I heard about that too. and that's why it's simply better to discuss things in a public community forum where there isnt a threat of physical confrontation. it allows both sides some distance and for the community to weigh in. It worked rather well with the shoplifting problem and also with the drunken cyclists problem.

One time after a ride I was pretty drunk so I went up to a fence that was next to a driveway and started peeing through it to the other side and right when I finished and zipped up a cop car rolled out of the driveway and was looking at me for a sec. When I went around to investigate where I just peed it turned out to be a police station.
