It was my understanding made by a representative of this site that by signing up/ registering for this site, there is an agreement made by registering user and web site that puts the registering user in a subordinate position to the website. I had no such agreement presented to me during the registration process nor do I see such a claim on this site.

The only thing I have found is "The care takers of Midnight Ridazz.com reserves the right to remove, edit, move or delete anything for any reason." Was that what you referring to?

Is there anything more that makes the user subordinate to the website? If so will you please provide me with a link of the documentation.
