My roommates moving out in july. i need to find a roommate by the 25th.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom
the room available is materbedroom with walkin closets and bathroom
hardwood floors
balcony
pool
cable/wireless
2 parking spots
hollywood (sunset and highland-ish)

$825/mo in the land of overinflated rents isn't a bad deal.
We've got apartments like that up here going for that much, but Jack shit to do and everyone's taken.
