Hey!

Ill be taking my first trip to LA in January.
With that said, Im completely clueless about the surrounding area.
Hopefully i will be able to bring my bicycle with me.
Normally I'de ask friends and family about the area, but i rather get the low down from fellow cyclist.

Any places i should avoid? Sites to see? Rides to go on?

Maybe you can give an idea of what you are looking for?

L.A. is a big place, with much to offer -- especially to a cyclist. But one person's Must See is another person's Definitely Avoid, and vice versa.

Arrive in Los Angeles and just go on random rides and meet random people...just don't hang out with Newark, he is an undercover cop and will arrest you.

Hope you have F.U.N. That being said what is your mode of Transport to get into the city? What will be your Mode of Transport after your arrival? I love Austin!!!! I Once cycled to-from there!
