Super steep street in Laguna Beach!

Heard there was a really steep street in Laguna Beach, so I went there to try to ride it straight up...can't traverse it in traffic! It's a whopping 30% grade, and driving over the crest feels like you're going over a cliff since you can't see the ground below your hood!
