The Cyclistic Self-Righteosity and National Security Promotion and Preservation Act has already passed through the state legislature and been signed by Governor Brown. It's the law now. All bike riding, whether solo or group, must henceforth be About Something.

BTW, don't get thrown off by that "National Security" in the title of the Act. They have to add that to everything now or it won't get past the Assembly.
