LOS ANGELES – Actors are often told to break a leg, but Shemar Moore actually did it over the weekend.
Moore's publicist, Staci Wolfe, says the 39-year-old actor was hit by a car while biking in Los Angeles on Saturday.
Says Wolfe: "His leg was broken, but he is OK."
Moore stars on CBS' "Criminal Minds."

Sometimes I wish a big name celeb would get hit by a car on his bike so everyone would pay attention.

Maybe the next time Schwarzenegger's out for a ride, we could arrange a little "accident".

I would never actually wish an accident on someone, but that made me giggle....
I bet the Governator is a total bike salmon.

I saw a bike cop's bike under an SUV the other day at 7th and Fig. I would never wish it on someone either, but it couldn't hurt our cause to have one of LAPD's own hurt in the same way we get hurt all the time.

I wish this guy, Shemar Moore, wasn't such a cheesedick or I would seriously consider contacting his publicist to see if he'd do a PSA. But that show sucks and he's the biggest lamer on it.

I'm not sure a "celebrity crash" would help our cause with the press as much as we'd like. I went through a lot of articles about this crash and the best one I found was TMZ's. Every other one either used passive voice "Moore broke his leg" and of course the "accident" excuse to make it sound that, at best, Moore was at fault.
Many of the other ones just made a joke about it. How many "break a leg" jokes can you handle? How about 54 of them?

vandalism?
