I BOILED 8 MEDIUM SIZED POTATOES, SMASHED THE FUCK OUTA THEM, ADDED HALF A CUP OF REAL BUTTER, SMASHED AND FINELY CUT GARLIC ( HALF A NUB ) , ADDED 12 BOILED EGGS, MIXED THAT SHIT UP, AND...WITH A LOT OF HOT SAUCE, AND A LITTLE SALT....
...THEN ATE ALMOST HALF OF ALL OF IT, I FEEL SO FULL OF SHIT NOW, UUUGGGGGHHHHH!
FUCK YA!!!! THAT SHIT IS GOOD!!!!!

i made some mac 'n cheese. garlic, salt, pepper, butter, mozzarella, parmesan, pancetta, and a shit ton of velveeta. if you want creamy and tasty mac and cheese mix real cheese with as much velveeta as you want. it stays creamy and doesn't get all dried.

coldcut's "spread the wisdom"
spicy shrimp top ramen, jalapenos, mayo, any type of hot sauce, crackers, tuna or chicken salad (whatever you get that day). cook the ramen, throw that shit in there, let it cook some more... and viola!

Instead of using salt on ur mashed potatoes add chicken broth instead i guarantee it'll kick it up a notch in the flavor department . Dont forget to use real butter too..

Over The Hill's Appetite Killer Dinner Salad
- Romaine heart lettuce (Costco has packs of 6 cheap)
- Dry toasted sliced almonds (TJs has 'em), mmmmmm
- Walnut halves or bits
- Pomegranite Arils (the secret appetite killer ingredient, almost out of season now, dammit. Costco may have some still)
- Raisins
- Diced Garlic clove
- 1/3 of an Avocado
- Diced Shallot or two
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Juice from half a lime
