This race/ride is half alleycat and two quarters cyclocross. Translation: streets will not be closed and the course will include staircases that will have to be climbed. Participants will see parts of Echo Park and Silverlake they haven't seen and maybe even some exertion-induced spots. It will be fun. Non-racers are encouraged to participate. Navigating the course will be easy because they'll be arrows at every turn and 100% of the money collected will be donated to Orlando Godoy, a local messenger who was in a bike crash last week that required hospitalization....

This is a twenty-four mile circle of salt around the Los Angeles area. Starts at Vermont and Hollywood at the Fat Burger Parking Lot. Bring your rabbits foot, tie a knot on your scarf, cross your fingers and don't let a black cat cross your path because ridazz is riding on the unluckiest of all nights. Destination will be at Echo Park. Remember to obey ALL traffic laws...stop at the reds, no corking, stay to the right and as always no ridaz left behind!
