New Year's Eve's Eve Dayride: Sorry for the last-minute, but I'm throwing out this open call to any and all.
Mr. Rollers and myself have scheduled a ride that's a little bit country and a little bit rock 'n rollicking for Saturday, December 30 that will cover a 28-mile loop taking us down by the L.A. River side and to the tops of Elysian and Griffith Parks. Marvelous views await. Don't be late.
No spoke cards. No shirts. No shit. We'll be departing from the Brite Spot in Echo Park at 10 a.m.

The Transnational Critical Mass Ride originally planned for Dec. 16 from South San Diego to Tijuana is going to be postponed due to political instability within the Mexican government/"parallel government."
Andres Lopez Obrador, the presidential candidate who lost by less than 1% of the vote, has refused to concede. On Nov. 21 2006 he swore himself in as the 'legitimate' president to form a parallel government. An estimated 100,000 supporters gathered around the government building in Mexico City.

If you take the blue line it will drop you off in right in front of Bike Station. since majority of the folks are taking the blueline at 630 i've changed the meet time to 730 because it takes about 50 mins for the blueline to make it to Long Beach. 20-30 mile ride at a good pace not a Wolfpack Hustle pace but a good one. ***after the ride Monica one of the Denmothers of Wolfpack is opening her house to everyone to chill. its about half a mile from the blue line.
