Midnight Rookie! Help!

Hi there!
I was driving down Hollywood Blvd last weekend and I spotted a group of people riding down the street and it looked like so much fun and I have been thinking about it ever since! I really really want to join in but I'm new to all of this...
I didn't know how many groups there were... can anyone please recommend a group to join that's big/fun/safe and good for a new person just starting out?
Any help is appreciated! Thanks!!!

Today you could start off by going to The Passage of a few people through a rather brief moment in time. It has some of the most chill people and they will take you to parts of Los Angeles that you have never seen. It's on the right---->

Good timing on your inquiry. Come on out to the monthly Critical Mass ride--it's this Friday. Lotsa friendly cyclists, casual pace, not many miles. And the weather will be beautiful for a night ride.
Details are over there ------------------------------------------>
But here's the summary: meet at the Wilshire/Western Metro stop about 7-ish, the ride will leave about 7:30-ish. There will be a stop or two. It will end at the big parking lot on Sunset/Western somewhere between 9:30-10-ish. The ride that then takes off from there, the People's Ride, is another good one, and goes later into the night.
The options are many, my friend.

Go on the LACM ride tomorrow. It should be BIG. I would avoid the ride that's scheduled after it, the people's ride. It blows. No seriously, if you like drinking in parking lots, kicking in car doors, seeing riders too drunk to ride, then go to the ride. All these people do that put the ride up is steal the thunder from the CM. They couldn't draw riders in any other way. As you can see, ---------->
some people will be riding the CM all night. That is if you like riding your bike.

To really send you in the right direction we need to know what type of bike you ride how fast you wanna ride, Whether you would drive your car or ride To the start point, And whether you prefer weekend nights Or weekdays. Going on the wrong first ride Would really suck if there was not what your looking 4.

Yo I'm new to this 2 but honestly just look for the ride of ur choice and the people u think are a match 2 u...LACM should be cool tonight so the choices are there --------------------->...Make ur choice theres plenty to choose from dawg!
