SB RIDAZZ Nightmare Before Christmas Ride this Saturday 12/2 9PM

Allright Santa Barbara is doin' it again. This time we are riding on Saturday night. That's this Saturday night 12/2 at 9PM (riding out at 9:10 sharp!). Meet at De La Guerra Plaza lawn which is the lawn / loop behind Java Jones coffee shop, or near the Starbucks at State and De La Guerra accross from Paseo Nuevo mall - down 1/2 a block and in the loop where the SB News Press is, where all the street kids hang out and smoke pot (they said it was cool - I checked). You'll find it if you aren't sure. If you really are not sure then e-mail back for more specifics. You can park in the lot off Anacapa for free after 6PM if you're driving in.

The route is a mix of a few suggestions. We'll head out De La Guerra, R on State, R on Anapamu and past the SB Bowl and down Milpas, around the good old round-a-bout as many times as we feel like, R on Cabrillo, R on Castillo, R on Haley, L on State St and up to Java Jones coffee shop (accross from the Paseo Nuevo Mall).

Also, check it out, we're going to have a few people meet at roughly 8:15PM with a few tools in case you or a friend who wants to ride needs a minor repair or adjustment. (anyone who wants to meet early with a tool or two feel free). Spread the word on that. A lot of people out there want to ride but don't have tools and need something simple fixed on their bike. If they need a flat fixed please have them bring a proper tube.

Ok so the theme is the Nightmare Before Christmas ride so show up as a dead person if you want. Or in all black. Or a skeleton costume. If not then just show up with your bike. If you haven't seen the movie then rent it right away because it's Tim Burton's classic and very original. Tell all you're friends or friend about it if you have one. I had one a long time ago in college and I called him but he said he was busy and couldn't make it down from San Fancisco anyway and hung up. Maybe next time. I'll be there with myself but I hate to ride alone so without sounding desperate PLEASE COME!!!
