I don't think this guy was a Rida... but he's still a rider none the less. He was hit and left for dead in Santa Monica by a hit and run motorist.
I'm planning on printing out this thread and taking it to him along with some bicycle goodies and a get well soon card. So if you can, post some encouraging words won't ya!!!
SHORT VERSION:
Daniel Seeck, a cousin of Pennington’s
co-manager, was struck early Saturday at the
corner of Arizona Avenue and 20th Street
while riding a bicycle between 12:10 a.m.
and 12:25 a.m., according to the Santa
Monica Police Department.

BTW he was listed in critical condition and on life support. Also, there's a 10,000 reward for the person responsible for the H&R.

Get well Daniel. I hope you're able to resolve that there's alot of fucked up drivers out there. I'm sorry to hear you happen to run into one of them. I wish you well and hope you get justice some day.

Get well dude, although I don't know you, a rider is still family....extended family maybe in this case. I'd be willing to throw down some munnies on the donations on his bike if it's eff'd too. Chinese new years finds me a little more rich...by like 50 bucks; so I can spare munnies now.

what i really wish for you is the strength to heal both physically and mentally and eventually get back on your bicycle and ride with us.
