So when we were riding to meet the westside going west on Venice I was struck by a car... Tried catching the guy, 02-06 silver honda accord 2 door... almost wiped out another ridda and took off making a right turn at the next light...
Four lanes on Venice, we (ridazz) took two, cars had two lanes.... this guy gunned it, from behind us, hanged right into third lane to hit me and sped off...
If anyone seen this, & u remember the cross streets can you let me know... Gonna look into filing a report to see if by luck they can track down the jerk...

nope, I was enraged in anger and was just trying to catch up to him on the driver side (lane 1 & 2) to get the guy off the car and give him what was coming to him... he got a stretch of road ahead of the group, hit a red light, was waiting to go across but must of seen me coming behind me and turned right in a quickness...

didn't see the guys face... Will do a report anyhow... my handle bars struck the front and side of his car, so did my pedals... I do body work and know that his piece of crap Honda made of the thinest sheet metal, must have damage on it...
my leg got bit smashed and I hit my arm on his car when trying to catch my balance...
Nothing big, though...

Do you think practicing by trying to memorize plates every day as cars drive past will make it easier to remember a plate number when the time comes? I'm going to start doing this.

Police and Military phonetic alphabet will do you wonders for license plate memorization.
I just think of the license plate as the targeting coordinates to be radioed in to the fire control center!!!

i've been trying to do this as well and im getting good at it but i have no idea how i will react once ive actually been hit.

Yup, I was hit... not seriously injured. The person driving hit me with malicious intent, being that there were two other lanes available... Also, almost hit one of the other ridazz in front of me after hitting me. It seemed like he did that intentionally as well.

tried memorizing plates on the way to bike polo yesterday and on the way home... No luck... my vision is not good enough...

We've got to work together hard to stop these motherfuckers.
Always carry a sharpie in your pocket to write a number down on your arm. Even a partial. Call the cops asap. A hit and run is a hit and run.
Just like that Mandeville Canyon Doctor got his - We need to bring these people to justice.
