don't believe it.
i have good friends that are geologists and all this shit is fake.
i also have a rudimentary background in geology from working on archeological digs. this shit is one hundred percent fake.
for example, they say on there website that one of the ways they detect quakes is by observing animals. it is true that animals freak out during quakes and many times slightly before the big shaking occurs. there are p wavs and s waves in quakes. p come first, but it is the combination of the waves that is damaging to all the scars we build on this planet. anyway, s waves only come seconds after p waves so it doesnt predict anything what so ever when the ground starts shaking and animals start acting weird, thats just called the beggining of an earthquake.
don't fool yourself with this shit.

the observation of animals is one of many other methods that site has "tried" when predicting earthquakes. but when talking about the prediction for next week he says this:
"The main method we use to make our earthquake forecasts is based on thermal temperature changes caused by frictional heating of the tectonic plates."
let's hope you're right. i have a date on thursday and this would def fuck that up.

no no no... you have no idea how it will help your stroke. Quakes come about in strong back and forth motions, this could boost your points with the chick.

This is bullshit. We don't have nearly enough information to predict where and when an earthquake will happen.
I've taken a few geophysics classes; I've attended a couple sessions on earthquake prediction at geology conferences; I've even been a co-author on a seismology
paper that got published in
Science.
But I don't need any of this knowledge to say that these people are full of shit. All I need to know is that this is the same site that hosts a "Totally Free Dating Site" and a "Free Career Test," both of which try to match you by which colors you like better.
Um, yeah.

The recent earthquake in Chile shifted the axis of the earth 3 inches and made the day 1.26 microseconds shorter. What do you think?
"Though God did inflict great suffering with Haiti's earthquake, He showed His mercy by causing another and shortening the length of the miserable days endured by the Haitian people."

KEEP AN EYE ON THE SKY !
When Haarp is being deployed it creates a large luminescent circle in the sky above.
These have been seen immediately before the recent quakes in Haiti and Chile.
