My breakfast heaven is waffles buried under ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Butter under the ice cream, natch.
What's your breakfast heaven?
p.s. I'm not high, just hungry.

French toast, whipped butter, real maple syrup, chicken fried steak, bacon gravy, tabasco, and never ending black coffee.

Papa's breakfast burrito at Villa Corona on Glendale blvd. In Atwater Village. Like mana from heaven, but in the morning.

It's good for breakfast, but even better after a long ride:
Breakfast rice w/ eggs:
Thai jasmine rice cooked with coconut milk, pineapple, pomegranate seeds, salt and sugar. Once done (or from the fridge a few days layer), stir in two eggs and microwave for 90 seconds or so.
That's my new crush, but my old flame is a huge glass of fresh juice, coffee, and waffles with peanut butter and maple syrup.

If I have time:
Toasted bagel with peanut butter and sliced green apples. Blueberries on the side
On the weekends if I make it to the restaurant before 3pm:
Tofu Florentine or feta cheese, tomato, basil omelette
On the weekends at home:
Tofu scramble with ground veg meat or soyrizo, kale, onions, celery, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, sometimes potatoes with Trystero sometimes with whiskey
I should eat this way all the time. unfortunately at 3am you will find me at some taco spot ordering way too much forgetting I should be sleeping instead.
You should come over for breakfast sometime or meet up! Are you back?

country chicken fried steak with mushroom gravy. 2 over easy eggs 2 turkey sausage patty, crisp bacon, extra crisp hash brown and some leafy mixed veges.... then stuffed banana almond nut french toast (4 slices) with honey topping. hold the pwderd sugar and butter, (cause i have to watch my figure.)
down it with either 2 cups of orange juice, apple juice, or any juice preferable.

I just got the 475 watt, 12 speed Black and Decker blender a few days ago. Right now I'm on a fresh fruit smoothie kick. :=)

2 scrambled eggs topped with some shredded cheese (cheddar and mozarella) with some green salsa poured on top of it all, fried black beans and platanos, 2 pieces of toasted bread with butter spread on em, a side of cacique fresh cheese and a big glass of Minute Maid orange juice. Ummm.... that's breakfast heaven to me.

Damn, I guess nobody wanted to have breakfast on August 17. Must have been some hungry muhfuckers long about noontime, right?
I quite enjoy the Angel's Mess at Millie's with a side of potatoes. Sure don't feel like riding for a while after eating it, though. Also the tofu wrap at Rex's in San Pedro.

I just had a bagel with tofutti, avocado, tomato, sea salt & pepper.

My breakfast heaven is anything that I'm eating early in the morning before an epic bike ride. If I got up that early it's going to be worth it. I like steak & eggs.

I can meet up this Saturday. Also, want to go on a waterfall hike but I haven’t done the route or scouting and I think my allergies may kill the bike portion of this. let’s meet and talk about travels and maybe go hiking?
