This ride is for all nocturnal humans.We ride late so it is important we ride and stick together,We are usually 15 deep the least,which is our regular night owls.You know who you are,the most I've counted 38 only 22 finished.So this is just an update on how things are going.Im always glad to see new faces and old.I have spoke cards each time,and we bump reggae,punk,hip hop,electronica,even some cash,but were not that loud,YET!
The route will always be posted,We usually chill at a spot,a park,a landmark etc. for 45min the max,then we get rollin and finish the ride.The ride can be from 15 miles to 25miles.If you dont have tools or tubes to fix your bike or at least try and help as I fix your bike.YOU WILL GET DROPPED SORRY!!! any how back to the ride.The ride starts in hollywood and ends there 90% of the time around 2:30-3AM.There is hills around here so dont get surprised and bitch when you see one..lol.Hey at least we will wait for you at the top.Any request on music or routes or ideas or questions email me at john555doe@gmail.com PEACE AND RESPECT EACH OTHER****HUEY

Yeah Dstyles good route and ride overall had fun.I say 40 showed up only 20 finished and I dont blame half of the ride for leaving we had to many stops due to people not having their bike ready to ride.I dont like dropping people,infact i've never done it,but im starting to think I should drop people if you dont have a bike in working order or no tubes the last 10 miles were sweet no cars at all, zero.
i just got a new wheel and put in an old but what I thought was a fine tube and didn't ride it much before the ride. it went flat relatively early on in the ride. i dont know if it was a slow leak or it i hit a crack.
then i also had some problems with the chain slipping. i had extra tubes, tire tools and a wrench but was just having problems.
sorry to make all you guys wait. again, my bad.
any news on how that guy who fell is doing. me and two friends broke off at the 76 on beverly glen and santa monica to get a car to drive him and his friend home to keep an eye on him.

after santa monica everything was smooth sailing.So everyone again PLZ PLZ be ready to ride..if your seat falls off while your riding it..hahaha..you might get dropped.Also lets try and follow the music or stay behind.If you go ahead of me just ask me what major street we turn or etc,and wait this is a slow medium pace but we work some hills..1 or 2 major ones.Thanks for all that made it.Lets try and make it back to the starting point by 230 3AM. but if there is flats which is ok it happens. expect to return by 4am.
yeah i was fine the day after...i bent my front wheel on sunday mtn biking...i totallly ate shit and scraped up my chest and stomach. I had planned on going to this ride but i was super tired dude and i HAD to work the next morning, there was no way out of it.
I already asked somebody to switch shifts with me so i can make this next ride.

so i scouted a route for night owl 7 and its was fuckn awesome,but i got kicked out the park culver city park.I was enjoying the view on top of the hill and 20 minutes later the cops showed up.WACKKKK! they told me nicely that the park is closed,but every park weve gone to is closed.Should I say fuck it and still go there?what to do? sick view..
I'm from Sherman Oaks. I could meet at the Van Nuys station or wherever, I just don't wanna be a lone ranger getting there. And it'll be my first ride.

anybody know a good route to get there from Sherman Oaks/ Studio City? Take Riverside all the way.... Tujunga, and follow the 101 south is what I got so far.... =P
We could ride out there... I have no problem riding. Cahuenga narrows into two single lanes at the top of the hill and gets really narrow, but once we pass that section it widens up again and it's all downhill from there.
I was thinking of taking the limo down there because of the trip back over the hill. But I could do it if I really have to.

night owl ride turned into a after hrs bbq ...lol.. first off we had the dames ride chilling at the start..thanks ladies for stopping by..but did you have to tag the spot...lol its all good.the tag was MOM RIDAZ so is all good,then we get a surprised visit by taco tuesdays lol cool seeing them..bbq was great at 2am..lol shark fish,hot dogs and marshmallows to end it with fireworks courtesy of Monster.Hope you guys like the special spoke cards limited edition..great chill night.

OK so there have been some changes to night owl 12OZ..its been on hold until next week.TONIGHT!!! we will join forces with 2 rides and go see a fire show and maybe play firesoccer.so we are for sure taking it chill.We will be back to our regular Night Owl hours.I know you guys love the night.Pretty much we are heading to echo park down sunset then to the graffiti den.

Ninja, light drizzle equals rain. Also I don't know if people have experience or would want to ride in the rain. I have ridden in the rain and I wouldn't want to do it again because I almost fell.

Hey Dude..We have had some BMX ridazz do it.Its always 20 miles or less because we ride so late.It wouldnt matter as long as you can keep pedaling we will wait,We have 2 packs usually slow pack around 11mph-13mph and we have a fast pack avg 17+ but they always wait. so your always welcome.

finally i posted some pics,since night owl 22.NExt RIDE is UP its this tuesday coming up.We decided to bust a no STOP route.Dont worry we will back to our normal ride.
Thanks to all that made it out.Whoever did the whole route we did a total of 33miles.next week we go to our usual norm 20 miles with a stop,but every now and then we will bust some 30 plus miles wit regroup points.
Busride (mike) was hit by a corvette on the way home with us eastside ridazz but he is okay and didnt need a hospital. His bike, which isnt even his bike but a borrowed bike, is completely totaled and he has no other bike. Please give him your best wishes!
