getting a hold of the court

i had a ticket to pay off, checks been mailed but they never took the money out of my account.
ive tried calling numerous times but the lines always busy or theres a wait of about 80 people and i cant sit on the phone all day at work.
anybody have any ideas?

im on the phone with the city attorney and i guess theres just a lot of checks coming through and they dont have time to process it by the due date even though they received it way before, sooooo now i have a warrant for my arrest EVEN THOUGH THEY FUCKING RECEIVED IT AND THEY HAVEN'T PROCESSED IT YET.

i ended up getting a hold of the district attorney, they referred me to the city attoney, and the city attorney gave me the direct number to the cashier, then the cashier referred me to her supervisor.
dealing with this thing was pretty lame.

there's a really cute girl who works as a pasadena court clerk. And shes always really up beat. I want to ask her what kind of meds shes on.

i spoke with someone in the cashiers office i think.
i mean, i think the problem is just utter chaos over there in combination with it being so crowded with calls.
if you can somehow get through to someone on a mainline and be REALLY POLITE. theyll get you what you need.
just getting to that person is reallyhard.

I think a lot of those agencies are doing furloughs. 1 or more days a month, they just close. But obviously, the workload stays the same, so things are that much more busy, hectic, back logged, etc.
