Hi, every once in a while we head to Downey to the abondoned Rancho Los Amigos Rehab Center. They have since built a new facility on the other side of Imperial Highway, but for some reason have opted to leave the old buildings to fend for themselves for a couple decades now. It looks like something out of the "Children of the Corn" but has its own sense of beauty. Old brick buildings, firedamge, rusty nails, pools of water on shag carpeting, pentegrams on the wall, old patient files scattered, viles of blood, activates the imagination...

Purpose:
To have fun, to race, to sweat, breathe hard, to ride hard, to challenge ones self.
We will be hosting 4 Sunday races in the month of January. Each race will have a meet point at 7 am and a race time of 8 am. Most races will be short 1 to 2 hour affairs. Meet points and descriptions of each race will be posted so you know what to expect.

 OK the No Ho Sprints will be on the 14th of January...Still the second Wednesday of the Month.
Dress warmly
Sprint length this Month is 200 yards.
Same place on the Chandler orange line bike path just East if Vineland Blvd.
If you want to come by Subway just get off at the end of the red line at Lankershim and go East a block.
This race will be in the memery of Yetiman our champion who was hit by a car and almost turned into pulp.

If you'd like to ride with us, we leave RedQuarters (Santa Monica & Vermont Red Line Station) at 1pm for City Hall.
