The proposal is a ride to Church. Bel Air Presbyterian is hosting a 'young adult' (20's and 30's) Contemporary Christian Service, Sunday at 6pm. The ride will end at 3rd and San Pedro downtown about 5:45.
I'm thinking of Leaving from Griffith Park at about 4:10.

Purpose:
To have fun, to race, to sweat, breathe hard, to ride hard, to challenge ones self.
We will be hosting 4 Sunday races in the month of January. Each race will have a meet point at 7 am and a race time of 8 am. Most races will be short 1 to 2 hour affairs. Meet points and descriptions of each race will be posted so you know what to expect.

Chinese New Year's Ride

Come celebrate the Year of the Ox, by riding from Scoops to Arcadia for Xiao Long Bao at Din Tai Fung.
This will be a moderate paced ride, and will cover ~40 from start to finish.
Meet at Scoops at 4:00pm, ride out at 4:30pm.
Please bring lights, tubes, water, power bars, and cash for dinner. It's going to be cold after we stuff our faces and all the blood rushes to our full full bellies, so make sure to have some cold weather gear.

MacArthur Park Bike - Skateboard Expo

This is not a ride but a Bike / Sakteboard Expo at Macarthur Park Los Angeles. There will be a raffle for road, fixie bikes and skateboards. All the money collected will be donated to the MacArthur Park Community Center Youth Programs. Also any bike mechanics that want to voulnteer their time to help fix bikes, there will be a tent set up. The event is scheduled for July 25, 2009 10am-5pm.
