Meet at Lancaster City Park - Park & Ride on the North-East corner of 10th Street West & K-8 @ 7:45pm. Ride starts promptly At 8:00pm.
Average ride speed is 13 mph for a 20 -25 mile street lit route. The route is typically posted on the site before the ride and route slips are passed out at the park before the ride. The ride is designed to be social and efficient. Fixed and geared road bikes make up the majority of riders with an occasional mountain bike.

last ride was not to bad, a lot folks showed up. we stopped by a random gallery for free beer,i'm pretty sure the whole group was drunk.
change of plans, we are riding to huntington park to city terrace, and we will arrive back to the start point which will total to about 18,2 miles. there wil be a few stops in between for food and beer. we ride together meaning we wait for the slow folks, if you're a speed demon,cork at the lights. also we will have enough spoke cards, we guarantee it .

Councilmember Tom LaBonge will be joining commuters this month for LACBC's Car-Free Friday ride starting at the North Hollywood Metro Station. The ride will go along the Orange Line busway to the Van Nuys Metro Station where cyclists can grab a cup of coffee, have some breakfast, and share stories.
