The Festival Features a BEER & WINE Garden, with beer from the local micro brewery. Tribute bands(Pink Floyd and Van Halen), and food/refreshments from around the world.
The plan is to get a good hustle in(Pace will depend on group) end @ the festival with good eats, drinks, music, and most of all ridazz!.

we will ride the course by ourselves at 3:30am, then return to mcdonalds and eat egg mcmuffins, and then ride it again with everyone else during the actual bike tour, which starts around 5am or so.

Bringing Morningz Back: Memorial Ride

I haven't done it every year, so I can't call it a tradition, but there have been several Memorial Day weekends, where I've gotten on my bike and gone to Los Angeles National Cemetery in Westwood, because it's a remarkable place. Hallowed. Beautiful. A place where one can discover what Memorial Day is all about. I'm going there Sunday. You're welcome to come along.
In addition, I'm thinking of adding a side trip up to the Getty Center to hang for a bit, maybe have a little BYO picnic before heading back across town.

RIDE DESCRIPTION:
This ride is a slow mosey down through Santa Monica, Venice, and
accompanying lands! Think Pier Pressure (the first stop for refreshments
is a quarter of a mile from the start). Later on, sunset ridazz will choose
a destination to watch the sunset, and then we will follow up the long day
with some of the best pizza on the west side!

We're going to connect the four bike shops in Corona/Riverside. Start @ Pedal Smith (on Magnolia) => Circle City Cyclery (on Mckinley)=> Riverside Cyclery USA (on Magnolia/Tyler) => California Cyclery (Magnolia/Central)
The day will consist of the tour and events @ the end of the ride. The three events will be fastest tire change, smallest box, and fastest cone course. Prizes will be awarded to the winners in each event. There will also be $2 raffles with proceeds going towards maintenance of IEfixed.net

Bringing Morningz Back: Black Dahlia/West Adams Mosey

Last week was a re-run of the IAAL•MAF's infamous "Ten Bridges" ride from about a year and a half ago. This Memorial Day weekend we'll be revisiting the one that started it all: The Black Dahlia Ride.
The IAAL•MAF's first public spinvitational took riders from the downtown location where Elizabeth Short was last seen alive, to the Leimert Park location where her mutilated remains were found.
In addition, on the way there and on the way back, we'll be doing some side-track moseying through the West Adams district, rich in historic, cultural and architectural significance.
