Yes, Wife and I planned it out together. I tried not to be too much of a typical tourist... I recommend using both Rick Steve's guides in conjunction with the more hip Let's Go travel books. We ate really well and for good prices. We didn't stay in hostels, but I didn't stay in uppity hotels either.
I hope you all make a chance for yourselves to get out there.

Nice pics!! Looks like you had a great time in Europe. I'm wondering if you know where Marken is? I stayed there for two weeks when I was in Holland. Nice little town and still able to get to Amsterdam.
