naked rhythm seems interesting...should be a fun event. i'll be there all day! look for the lacbc bike valet! woo hoo!
here is a list of the sites we're gonna pass by and some that we're gonna talk about (quickly, cuz we want this ride to be short!)
1. Chapman Market (one of the first markets in U.S. designed for auto..oh the irony!)
2. Ambassador Hotel (infamous....esp for RFK assasination)
3. Bullocks Building (again, anther auto oriented mall...remember bulllocks...?)
4. Lafayette Park (some green in la!...let's play futbol!)
5. Eco Village (over 150 fruit trees are planted at this cooperative living situation)
6. 4th Street Bike Blvd! (let's reclaim the street for bikes!)
7. Wiltern/ Bus Riders Union (site for shows and at the top floor, the area where activists strategize their next bus campaign...go busses!)

This event kicks off at 10am today and the morning news was even emphasizing the benefits of riding a bike! That's a first!!!!

The missus & I are taking the day off today and riding out to the beach, so we're going to swing by this event on the way home, probably mid-afternoon. We'll look for you there.

It was nice meeting you and thanks for putting on this concert. You're awesome! I love free concerts in the park, going back again and again and again and again to get free munchies. Having a bicycle ride where DJ Chicken Leather knew every answer of LA was kind of funny too.
