I'am ready to make some signs for tommorrow.
I'm also very long winded.
Everything I want to say will only be read by people who are stuck in traffic.
Can people post some ideas for short word signs.

All of these can be convienetly copied & Pasted into a word processing program, and when placed in two Columns, they make nice little handouts

Cyclists Have Families Too.
What if one of your loved ones was injured on the side of the road? Wouldn't you want somebody to stop and help them out? What if nobody stopped? What if the person that caused them that injury continued with their lives as if nothing happened?
You would be outraged too.

Bikes Are Traffic Too!
Treat them with the same respect you do another car, and they are sure to appreciate it.
If a Cyclist should go down, be it from a road hazard or the worst case a hit and run driver, please lend assistance to the rider by at least calling the authorities to report the location of the down Cyclist.
Cyclists have Lovesd ones too!

REPORT HIT AND RUNS
If you see a car leave the scene of a hit and run with a cyclist, report the cars license plates and the location to the authorities.
Don't Leave it to "The Other Guy" Take Action!
You would want the same if it happened to you.

Ride with us!
We are a fun group of cyclists that are out to enjoy our city. Come join us [INSERT DATES, EVENT NAME, ETC HERE], and see what all the excitement is about.
Bring a Bike, a smile, and some friends to share in the good times.
Come see what you are missing!
~~~~~~~~~
Thats all that I can think of off the top of my head.
I'll more than likely be at the ride
The slogans above will make more sense if you imagine graphics of a bike or bikes amongst the text. I wrote "graphic of bike" in the text, but used angle brackets... which can do all kinds of tricks, including making the text disappear.
Fuzz, I'd buy several of your signs if they were on the backs of T-shirts. I like the look of regulatory signs with graphics as bike shirts.
Just don't make the print so small the cars ride up and hit us in order to read the sign, as in IF YOU CAN READ THIS, YOU'RE TOO CLOSE!
