The San Francisco Police Department has taken very proactive step in educating the police department (and the public) about the rights of cyclists. Check out this police department training video - "Bikes Belong in Traffic".
loved the music, make me want to be a police officer in SF, just to hear the sounds on the training videos. Loved the blooper at the end of the two officers, showed a human touch of the officers.
Just wished they would have scolded the two kids at the end of the video. "what are you doing!@#%!? Don't you know bikes belong in traffic, GET IN THE ROAD!"
Awesome video! I'm moving to SF! I'd rather live in a city where the officers know the bike laws.
I thought this was a fake video when that office bet that other office a cup of coffee. Everyone knows it's a cup of coffee and a donut! Maybe they were just following the script?
