I am bringing a kids bike in the pace car!
Any other Westsiders that have a kids bike to donate can do the same! Just bring it to the start.. Kids bikes are $5-$20 at Goodwill...OR you can chip in on the one we got and sign your name on it or something...
Cabhauler says he brings crayons to toy drives, the BIG BOX OF 64 WITH THE SHARPENER ON THE BACK..thats an awesome gift i thought.

I fancy giraffes.
Head to Toys R' Us and scoop a Barbie.
Can't beat that w/ a wiffle ball bat.

Aww, thanks for remembering Marcus!
I had to go to REI this morning to get some stuff for the cold and ended up getting an Aerobie flying discs instead. Last year it was "stay inside and be creative" gift, this year it's a "go outside and play" thang.

Jigsaw Puzzles
Low piece counts for the young 'uns and high piece counts for the older kids. Sometimes the older kids get forgotten.
Rite Aid has 1000 piece puzzles on sale right now for about $7 and even the small Rite Aid near me has a good selection.

I just hit the Rite-Aid at Vermont/Santa Monica on the way home and picked up a 37-key keyboard for five freakin' bux. It's too big to fit entirely in my backpack but so what if it pokes out the top.
