 Do it Brian but make sure the threads for the pedals arent stripped on the cranks, and that everything else is smooth. Not a bad deal, looks like yer size.

 Not unless you love the frame and you know it is your size. I wouldn't necessarily say it is a good deal. If you like it and want it, it is a good find. If it was $25, I would say it was a good deal.
