I'm totally sold on the JOOSE!!
Not being a fan of regular beer, JOOSE has that iced-tea consistency, yet calms you down nicely.

My inquiry pertains to your boozing preferences in a general rather than comparative sense.

i think the general consensus is sparks, joose, and tecate.

although my preference is dark beers; new castle, guiness, sam adams, i am finding i like to drink malt liquor beers that are lighter when i ride.

Never sprint on your bike on an empty stomach... and Sparks. That's it for me now on the whole energized/malt stuff. I can't even guzzle them down anymore without it wanting to come back up. Mental.
I'm sticking to just beer... Tecate. I did find Bass in a can which was pretty interesting on yesterdays SFV Critical Mass ride.
Does Joose taste better?? So let me ask.. what are the advantages of Sparks/Joose type of bevs? Just so you can drink longer without feeling sleepy?
Maybe... I think I'm going to flask some scotch. Not that much liquid... meaning I'll pee less.

The reason you can't keep those fermented-floor-sweepings-plus-caffiene drinks down is because they taste like fucking puke in the first place.

@Percival Cornelius
-I beg to differ Sir Knight.
Sparks, and the other brand that is very much like it, go down quite easily.
But, then again, my questionable appetite of JackInDaCrack would most likely hinder the said effects of regurgance.
Good day to you Sir Knight.

Sir Knight? Really? I had imagined Percival Cornelius as more of an ultimate dweeb. A fellow who wears cardigans and goes birdwatching and writes neo-formalist poetry (and is actually good at it). And has really bad asthma.
I can be a knight, though. Sure.

I actually recently watched Dances With Wolves again.
I just found it hilarious how that Major referred to Lt Dunbar with that title. Then shoots himself after pissing his pants.
Ah, modern-day westerns.

You watched Dances With Wolves more than once?

(I watched it less than once, once.)

Liked the soundtrack, and thought that Henry repeater was sweet.
And don't forget the part where Dunbar get's up, grabs his gunbelt at the same time, and slams his head against the header-board.

Be careful with those sparks/joose drinks. I had to cut out the Sparks, due to the fact I was getting arthritic conditions in my fingers when I would drink them.
The going completely bonkers, while I was drinking it didn't bother me one bit. Other people around here had problems with it, but I enjoyed it immensely .
I do know of one person, complaining about a compromised immune system from drinking the Joose.
I have found the side effects to be too dire, to continue drink the cH3 oh / c8 h10 n4 O2 / c12 h22 o11 / c2 h7 n o3 S combination drinks. Then again alcohol, sugar and caffeine are all poisonous. Taurine, I don't know what that is, but its probably not good for you.

The way we roll, drinking and riding, how bad is this to our bodies? Have any studies showed what effect the alcohol has when we have an increased heart rate?? I find myself having to drink more to get a good buzz when i ride because i think im working if all off!
