Midnight Madness

Midnight Madness is a fun night of cycling, contests, prizes, and entertainment to support community youth programs. The 36th annual event will be held on Saturday August 15th, 2009. The cycling route is a 20-mile, primarily flat loop course along some of San Diego’s most beautiful waterfront and historic areas.

The start/finish staging area will be at the San Diego County Administration Building 1600 Pacific Highway San Diego 92101.

 Ok, so who's going? Don't pay no attention to that registration fee. It's just for locals. Last year it was a blast dodging all those people that ride once a year.

 Since the ride is at midnight, I don't think you will catch a train until the 6am train the next day.

 We need to seriously organize a weekend for the San Diegans and host them like they so politely hosted us last time. I mean, c'mon, pancakes and mimosas in a reserved bar for us? We need to up our game a little, even if we did totally "PWN" them at dodgeball.

 I'm open to suggestions on how to proceed.

If we drive down there, get there early to hang and ride with our buds there in SD. Or we can ride down there, rest up a little, then do the midnight ride. Take the train back the next day after crussing all night.
