IN MY FOUR YEAR MIDNIGHT RIDAZZ CAREER,THIS IS MY SECOND ATTEMPT AT LEADING A RIDE.MY FIRST ATTEMPT BOMBED AND ,WHILE IM NOT EXPECTING YOU DAMN DRUNK HIPPIE\HIPSTERS TO BE UP BY TEN,I DO HOPE THIS ONE DOESNT MAKE ME WANNA WAIT 3 YEARS TO LEAD ANOTHER ONE.SO JOIN ME AND NELSON(THE OTHER ARMADILLO MEMBER THATS LEFT) ON THIS RIDE.IT MAYBE NOTHING SPECIAL TO YOU ,BUT IT WILL BE TO ME.AND NELSON.IF HE SHOWS UP.
ITS ON THE CALENDAR...
RIDE FROM BURBANK THROUGH GRIFFITH PARK, TO THE BIKE OVEN IN HIGHLAND PARK AND THEN ON TOWARDS DOWNTOWN L.A. TO FIND THE BEST SPOT TO WATCH SOME OF THE MOST BICYCLE COMMITED HUMANS RACE THE CLOCK AROUND OUR BEAUTIFUL CITY.
THE PACE WILL BE DICTATED BY THE SLOWEST RIDER,SO IM HOPING THAT UNICYCLE GUY WILL SHOW UP.
WHERE@ GAS STATION @ALAMEDA AND HOLLYWOOD WAY IN BURBANK
WHEN@10 AM .MAY 22ND 2010
MEET IN FRONT OF BIKE OVEN AT 11AM
IM THINKING WE COULD SET UP SOMEWHERE AROUND 5TH AND GRAND BUIT IF ANYONE HAS BETTER IDEAS .......

I'll be coming up from Long Beach with the "Ride Every Saturday" group.
The best place to set up will be near the top of the steep hill (I think they go up Temple).
I'll look for you guys. I'll be the fan with a cow bell.

I think an interesting point to watch it is from 1st and olive.....The route turns from Grand to 1st and to Olive on that downhill on 1st. Could make for interesting crashes? Plus we can invade the parking structure on grand and 1st for a birds eye view.

I can guarantee you I won't be up in time to make it to Burbank in time because I'm a very lazy hippie but I'll make it over to the Oven. I'd suggest 7th and Olive but that's just because I'm selfish.

If Nelson can wake up at that ungodly hour so can I…. or you know, not sleep and wait till it is time to roll to the meet up spot.
Most likely break off at Bike Oven but it will be good to see you!

Damn, I'll be at a charity event playing basketball that day on the other side of the valley. Wish there was some way I could manage to do both. Hope you guys have fun.

Man, I haven't been on a non-Flying Pigeon ride in forever. I'll see you guys when you get to the shop.
On the way back there is a garage in El Sereno that needs peeing on. Borfo can show you which one.
