BTW, it's the duty of the driver in this situation to summit her info and render aid if needed.

Both of the above were found on the first sentence of each VC. Sounds pretty fuckin simple to me!!! Should have also been reported by the witnesses.
I can't find anywhere in the vehicle code where it states you can run over and or into slow moving vehicles. Anyone find that? We need to get that dude that's been writing to the SM paper to come in here and straighten us out!
