So far on the list would be:
Ripping out the floor and ceiling, replacing with...hm...
New tires, new air compressor
keeping the ghost.

Richie I have a million dollar idea that will set us all up for life. lets create a reality show based on The Box. the idea is to have 4 contestants, you Frans and Skid plus a random. You are each competing for ways to survive in the pimpinest way on the least possible amount of money all whilst living and traveling in The Box. We'll Call the show " Bummin' It in the Box" (c)(tm)(llc) we'll make millions I will executive produce it. we'll use your webcams for 24 hour surveillance and have you followd by camera crew wherever you go. you each get $100 pocket money to start and may not use any outside funds. in fact we can combine it with Apprentice in that whomever ends up with more money that they started wins. Franz gets fired... (it's in the by-laws). and just to keep your spirits high we'll have random cameo appearances from "The FLuffa."
now I realize that surviving on the least amount of money might attract the wrong demographic for this to sell the big bucks ads but who cares! you're Bummin it! (c)(tm)(llc)

We will ride bikes to San Fransico, then to Salton Sea, then Tijuana, then Mexico City, then to the rooftop for lunch.
