since most of you bums go to dead sea and forget about us for an entire week (well, month, depending on how many rx you do)...
should i do a heart-shaped MR 2nd Friday ride again, this february?
Vday doesn't fall on (or at midnight of) the 2nd friday this year, it falls on sunday. last year it fell on saturday (friday midnight) and the year before, on friday (yay).
i like the new banner at the top :p

Its also the same night as the crash race, maybe Midnight Radazz vs wolfpack? First to pass out wins. Or just come with us to the Saltine Cee.

as much as i would love to go out in the desert and rage, i can't afford it this month. going up big bear this weekend (i hope!) and i have to be in vegas for a wedding on the 20th of february. i've never been out there. close, la quinta area. almost biked from la quinta to ss, but couldn't make it :/

So, the 2nd Friday ride this month falls on the weekend of the marathon, which I see RB and others hotly debating on fb this morning.
I will NOT (ever) post publicly on fb again. So no comment. Whatever you do w the crash race this year, although I think we should still at least have a "ride", is whatever.
But what about MR 2nd Friday ride?
If I didn't do it last couple years, I don't see that anyone else would. I'm down to do a 3rd annual edition.
But if nobody in MR land (does this place still exist?!?) cares at all, well then.... I won't either :(

Everyone wanted to hate on fb and not post there. Now look at ya'll. all ya'll. I'm prob the only one that not only refuses to post publicly on that God-forsaken "everything-you-say-starts-drama" hell hole of a forum (fb's idea of dating and organizing posts is practically un-useable, let alone organizable), but most of the time, I keep it off anyway - like who cares. I don't have real friends anyway. Who the hell do I need to "communicate" with? And I have to spend all day commenting and liking your shit, just to "communicate" with you? No thanks.
But if I get no reply here by Wednesday night, I'm not going to put the effort into planning and executing a 2nd Friday ride this year. You guys can have fun in the desert, the marathon race can stay in-crashed this year and MR will surely fall into the depths of darkness forever, because... You, know... Cancelled!

So. I was still planning to do the 2nd Friday ride, hopefully. However, due to work and being kinda poor (which means I need to work, instead), I won't be able to plan and execute a ride tonight. Sorry if you happened to be one of the very few still left in MR Land (or even in LA this weekend, for that matter) that still hoped it would happen... I can't make it happen tonight. Just too busy w work.

We should consider making November the DIA DE LOS MUERTOS RIDE as a tribute ride to all the fallen ridazz throughout the years. Seeing how people aren't stepping up to put on rides like they used to in the past this would now give us 10 months to plan other creative rides.
