depends what you personally define as sex.
Oral sex is considered sexual activity, but it is not considered actual sexual intercourse. So there is a gray area...if you are looking for that area.

from the point of view of bacteria and viruses oral sex should be considered as dangerous as any other kind of sex, though statistically speaking this varies greatly for each different possible kind of infection.
