LACM is the largest bicycle ride in the City of Los Angeles and now is the largest community bicycle ride in the United States. It rides the last Friday of every month.

This is a pretty chill ride but certainly not for the novice rider. If you can't keep at least 17 mph you may
have
trouble keeping up. Sometimes it takes us 20 minutes to move 4 miles other times it'll take us 10 minutes.

being said, we will still wait for you if you start to fall behind.

This is a medium pace ride. So if your a beginner sorry but this might not be for you but if your looking to increase your speed then your on the right ride. We usually go from a 15mph pace up too a 20mph pace.
Please call out any pot holes, bumps and bums on the street, you know the deal!
Even tho this is a medium pace ride we still love gettin Dazed&Confused!

West Area Community Ride – Ride Westwood!

Roll over to the Westside for a community ride on Westwood Blvd. and through surrounding neighborhoods on Saturday, February 9th.
Meet at UCLA Ackerman Bus Terminal at 10am. Light breakfast provided, lunch provided too!
(Alternate meetup at 11am at Riddick Youth Center in Cheviot Hills)
Led by the UCLA Bike Coalition and LA County Bicycle Coalition, the ride will showcase existing bike facilities and exciting future projects, including the Westwood Blvd. bike lane and the Expo Bikeway.
