LBCM is happening this Friday! Meet up at the Bike Station in LB at 7pm.

This is going to be an important one. The following weekend will be the Long Beach Bicycle Festival 2009! The festival is billing it's self as,

The event represents the launch of Bike Long Beach, an innovative plan to make Long Beach "the most cycling friendly urban city in the United States." The festival is sponsored by the Downtown Long Beach Associates, the Long Beach Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Long Beach Redevelopment Agency.

Let's see if they're saying that with feeling, yeah?

There will be copies handed out of the Long Beach Municipal Code regarding bicycles.
