admit it, for as many times as you've all been to bike-friendly portland, few of you have ventured across the border to Vancouver, BC. well let me tell you, it's what's up.
over the last few years, Vancouver has striped miles of sharrows, bike lanes and off-street bikeways and this summer, the local bike community is celebrating with two whole weeks of bike events, culminating in "car-free day," a Ciclovia-style celebration of public spaces with several miles of road closures so you and your bike can ride safely.
i don't need to tell you polo fans that East Van Bike Polo will be tearing it up. come represent and share in the bike love!
