Another Stolen Bike...They cut the Railing!

One of my friends bike's got stolen, and it was locked up!

And not with a cable, she had a U-lock on properly, these assholes sawed off the railing that her bike was locked to!

She is located n the Westside near UCLA.

If anybody sees anything like this, lemmie know, r let her know through FB

 Apparently, it wasn't the U-lock that was sawed off, it was the rail itself, as in they cut the thing that the bike itself was locked to.

I guess locking up your bike properly isn't enough, you have to consider even more what it is locked to.

Apparently banister railing aint good enough.

 Yeah, this has been going on for awhile now actually, cutting through railings in the UCLA area. My friend's been stopped twice by the cops to question if he's a bike thief, though if they got a good look at the crappy bike they would've thought otherwise. :P Did your friend report this to UCLA pd yet?
