Guy downtown tonight is trying to sell a red aluminum trek 2300 for $200

thursday night around 11:30pm

he doesnt know anything about the bike, claims to have gotten it from a friend. he has no idea what its worth or the difference between carbon and aluminum.

guy has been trying to sell it around the alexandria on 5th and spring.


If its yours i'll buy it from him and you can give me the $200 bucks, i'm pretty sure the bike is worth over a grand

i'm betting it belongs to some weekend roadie or something. you dont see a lot of aero bars and eggbeaters on MR rides. I posted on craigslist too. Hope they get it back.

you should buy it, secretly videotape the whole thing, and post a found ad on craigslist, and i think after two weeks if noone claims it its yours, otherwise when someone does claim it, show the video to prove you actually bought it for 200 bucks, turn it in to the police and ask the roadie to reimburse you because 200 bucks wouldn't cover those shifters you just got back for him.
