3 Kings Ride

Spanish Daniel (visiting here from Spain) has planned a great ride this weekend--a 3 KINGS RIDE.
Basic idea is this: dress as a character from the nativity (3 Kings, Mary, Joseph, Baby Jesus, Donkey, a gift, space aliens, etc)...we RIDE through downtown and make several stops putting together our own nativities. Pictures will be taken. Maybe you'll even find out inner Baby Jesus.
Come even if you dont' like dressing up...but dressing up is rad.

Oh yeah, its THIS saturday, January 10th, meets at 8, rides at 9....starting point is the Nativity scene at Olvera Street

The introduction of Santa Claus into Spain was not met with much enthusiasm. The Spanish saw him as an invasion of their culture through the tools of mass marketing and excess. Tonights ride will be a modern interpretation of the Nativity with LA as the backdrop. Come as your favorite manger character! What would you bring the Baby Jesus? Smoke, beer and ????

hey david and crespin,
since you won't open my emails maybe you will read this. still wanting the SINS and SPROCKETS vest returned. maybe if louis is there tonight you could give to him? or i can send someone to pick them at your place at a time that is good for you? let me know what works best.

Thanks so much for coming out and supporting the ride and making it fun.
Brad--the spoke cards are probably some of the nicest I've seen on any ride--thanks for doing it!

The ride was pretty cool and a good one for my first. The bike oven thing was great too. I can still taste those burgers, yo.

david and crespin. still haven't heard from either of you. guess i will have to make it a point to get out to some more rides. then i will hopefully run into one or both of you. would have made this one, but had another commitment.
