westside rentals is a fucking joke...if you want my opinion
here is my story:
i was desprate for a place to live as i was given 2 weeks to move...i paid their $60 fee and 80% of the places i called had ither been rented months before or haven't been for rent in years...it sucked it was a waste of money

What you guys need to do if you want the best price is scope out empty homes or whatever space you're looking for. Get in contact with the owner and tell them you want to rent it. If it needs fixing up, then work that into your rental price. Work on a long term lease if you found the right place. Furnish it by going to garage sells.

Now that will be $21 payable to my pp acc. (best money you spent this month!)
