Bush's Eleventh Hour

Been reading alot lately about the Bush administration's attempt at putting in regulations favoring industries over the workers and the environment. Even with clear notice given that the Obama's adminstration is objecting to these moves. Some of Obama's stated goals is take a good close look at these changes, with the EPA probably the biggest concern.

Some fear that these changes will take along time and alot of resources to restore. According to the Sierra Club, this may not be the case. Thankfully!

 Let's just hope the FMCSA regulations aren't enacted to the point where drivers are getting pulled over at every weigh-station.
