Since informing you of GOOGLE'S policy of holding a record of your ip address and everything you have searched for in their records indefinitely, I have found a new search engine.ixquick.com> is said to be as efficient as google, but deletes all records of your search automatically in 48 hours.

I heard about it today (11/24/08-1 episode) on one of my podcast shows The Dr. Katherine Albrecht Show. I have tired the search engine and so far I have been pleased with it. Like everything it does take a bit a getting comfortable with a new format.

I wanted to share that with you as a possible alternative to google. That is if your privacy is a concern to you.
