I like them and they can be helpful for us to the aggro drivers who listen to them during rush hour traffic. Their pro-cycling stance (other than John wanting to honk at crimanimalz on the freeway) has been more reactive to the drivers' responses on cyclists as second-class citizens. If you grab their podcast and check out their past shows, their take for cyclists have been great for us. It's like political human sacrifice on drivers who think we belong on the sidewalk. I'd rather listen to John and Ken for their take on cyclists than
Michael Savage wanting to run us over.

aren't those the schmucks who recommended on the air that drivers open car doors into lane splitting motorcycles? Hard to keep the idiot talk show hosts straight, so maybe I'm off-base, but i don't think so. That's probably how they came to be pro-bicycle, too - penance in order to get their jobs back.

Here is a little hint. They are called shock jocks. Reactionaries.
It is there jobs to get people all rawled up. Of course they took the position that would get the listeners pissed off, and want to call and continue listening through the endless commercials.
