Box is a danger to the LADOT Bikeways Division - LITERALLY. They won't let him get near them. Something about hitting them over the head with the truth - LITERALLY. California is young, but her laws are many.

He is an institution to the Los Angeles Bicycle movement, all to his self.
Box is the go to Man whenever there is a civic issue you may have.
