I need a place to live!

Hey guys, as some of you know, I currently live way the fuck out in the middle of nowhere, and well, I need to move into the city...
Anyway, I need a place to live, as cheap as possible, somewhere relatively close to downtown, as I still need to be able to get my transportation to classes out here and such. I'm looking for either a roommate in a currently established place, or someone looking for a place too. The biggest thing is, it needs to be cheap.
I need to find a place soon.

man, I wish you guys got that place on Glendale. That would have been cool.
I think riss is still looking for a place in the same area, but I don't really know.

thanks Prez, but I think you forgot about how rad Franz attitude is.
But seriously Franz, you are so talented. And the Mavic I have is a 27", If you find a replacement for a decent price, let it be known. I want to get that wheel taken care of it you haven't done so yet.

There is a green two story victorian one block north of the Bike Oven on Figueroa across the street from the side by side liquor stores. Yes it has two liquor stores within bottle throwing distance and two Metrorail stations within three blocks in each direction.
Upstairs it has 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Downstairs it has living room/ dining room (could be extra bedroom?), full bathroom and kitchen. Off street parking for 2 cars or 4 if you park in tandem. Secure gated yard for a pile of bikes.
It's owned by my friends a couple who are architects and have their office in a warehouse in the back.
The rent is $2,500/mo.
I don't think they've started showing in it yet, They've been working on it for the past 6 months.
